Mentoring

Our mission school in the western part of China focuses on training lay people from rural churches in cross cultural ministry and spiritual leadership. This training involves extensive practical experience of operating in a totally different culture. For example, the Han Chinese, people from which most Christians come, learn how to live and work among Kam Tibetans, sharing the Good News. This training will expand to become a major thrust in training Christian leaders in practical leadership and management.
